  The above-named parties agree and stipulate that the Court may enter the decree a 
copy of which is attached to this Stipulation.    The parties state under oath: 
1.  Irreconcilable differences exist between the parties and within their marriage which 
constitute substantial reasons for not continuing the marriage of the parties and the 
marriage should be dissolved. 
2.  This court has jurisdiction of this matter. 
3.  The proposed decree results in a substantially equal division of our property, considering debts, and thus fairly and equitably divides such property and debts. 
4.  The plaintiff has resided in Idaho for more than six weeks prior to the filing of the complaint. 
5.  [   ] The custody and visitation provisions in the Decree are in the best interests of the parties’ minor child/ren;  or
