NOTICE PURSUANT TO ILLINOIS SUPREME COURT RULE SCR 101(e)
ON SERVICE OF THIS SUMMONS, A DISSOLUTION ACTION STAY SHALL
BE IN EFFECT, RESTRAINING BOTH PARTIES, AS PROVIDED BY STATUTE	
750 ILCS 5/501.1(a) of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marria\
ge Act includes the following:
Dissolution action stay.
a) Upon service of a summons and petition or praecipe filed under the I\
llinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act
or upon the filing of the respondent's appearance in the proceeding, whi\
chever first occurs, a dissolution action stay shall be
in effect against both parties and their agents and employees, without b\
ond or further notice, until a final judgment is entere d,
the proceeding is dismissed, or until further order of the court:
  (1) Restraining both parties from physically abusing, harassing, intimidatin\
g, striking or interfering with the personal liberty of the other party or the minor children of either \
party; and
  (2) Restraining both parties from removing any minor child of either party f\
rom the State of Illinois or from concealing any such child from the other party without the consent of th\
e other party or an order of
the court.
ANY PERSON WHO FAILS TO OBEY A DISSOLUTION ACTION STAY MAY BE SUBJECT TO PUNISHMENT FOR CONTEMPT.
