Request to Cancel

The following affidavit has to be carried out by the affiant title insurance company for conducting an investigation that aims to identify the owner of the property in the mortgage certificate and the person identified in the inscription attempt to become partially cancelled on the mentioned mortgage certificate and the personal against whom the mortgage was recorded mortgage, lien, or privilege or other encumbrance was recorded and described is not the same person whose property is being sold at the judicial sale for which the mortgage certificate was issued.
