Order Confirming Plan

For confirming a plan of reorganization, the Official Form 315 is used in chapter 11 cases. The court will enter an order or confirmation. After confirming the plan of reorganization, a confirmation will be issued in the name of the US Bankruptcy Judge. The attorney is required to draft the Order Confirmation Plan that will be used by the debtor.
