That he does not and cannot represent me and that he is the attorney for the Plaintiff. 2.  That he will use his best efforts to protect the interests of his client. 3.  That I have the right to employ an attorney of my own choosing and that it may be in my best interests to do so. Fully understanding the above statements, I have signed two documents in addition to this document: (a) Answer, Waiver, and Agreement for Taking of Testimony, and (b) Agreement. Both documents have been prepared at my request, I have had both documents explained to me, and I understand both documents and their purposes. I have carefully read all of the papers of this divorce.
