To form an LLC in the State of California, this will require you to follow the steps to LLC as 
stated in the Statute 17000-17005 that you must follow the requirements and instructions below:

CALIFORNIA LLC SEARCH
Step 1 - In California, to form an LLC you must fill out an California Articles of Organization
Step 2 - Mail the articles of incorporation along with $70.00 made out to the California 
Secretary of State and send it to the address below:

Step 3 - According to California LLC law, after receiving certified LLC from the State of 
California, within 90 days, you must file a Statement of Information to the State. You must 
send the form along with $20 to the address below:
