STEP 1 - The Spouse that has decided to file for divorce must complete the following forms: • Arkansas Complaint for Divorce • Summons STEP 2 - Before you sign the forms, you must go to a Notary (find one at every branch bank) and sign in with the Notary as your witness. STEP 5 - You will have to meet with your spouse in order to fill out the Marital Settlement Agreement.
