Wyoming Non Profit Corporation Articles of Correction Form

If a domestic for-profit corporation wishes to correct a mistake in submitting documents to the Secretary of State’s office in the State of Wyoming, there is some paperwork to be done. This form has to be completely filled and sent to the Secretary of State’s office in order to modify the documents. A $10 fee has to be sent along with the filed form.
