Virginia Request for Ore Tenus Court Hearing Form

This form is filed by an individual requesting for a court hearing in Virginia. Within the fourteen (14) days following the Court Clerk’s acceptance of the request, the individual must contact the court to confirm the approval of the request and obtain the hearing date. If hearing is not granted, the Petitioner will receive the reason(s) for denial from the Court Clerk.
