importer  or van converter to deliver annually to the obligee hereto a good and sufficient surety bond for the license period for protection of 
any retail custome r who shall suffer any loss as a r esult of any failure to comply with the conditions of any written contract made by such 
manufacturer , distributor, importer  or van converter in connection with the manufacture , distribution, importation or van conversion o r sale 
of an y r ecreational  vehicle o r  van co nversion as  a  result of  any violation o f the provisions of Chapter 319 or  320, Florida Statutes, in  the 
conduct of the business for which he /she is licensed.  	
  	NOW, THEREFORE,	 if the above named principal shall f ully comply with the conditions of any written contract made by hi m/her  
as s uch  manufacturer , d istributor, i mporter  or va n c onverter i n  connection w ith  the m anufacture , d istribution, i mportation or v an 
conversion o r s ale o f an y r ecreation al vehicle o r va n  conversion a nd s hall pa y or  c ause t o be   paid t o  any r etail c ustomer a ny l oss or  
damages  which a ny r etail c ustomer s hall s ustain a s a  r esult o f a ny  failure to  c omply  with t he c onditions o f a ny  written c ontr act  made b y 
such manufacturer , distributor, i mporte r o r va n c onverter  in c onnection  with the  manufacture , distribution, i mportation or van conversion 
or s ale of  a ny r ecreational  vehicle or  v an c onversion or   as a  r esult of  a ny  violation of  t he pr ovisions of   Chapter 319 or   320, F lorida
