NOTE:  This is a legal document which can be used as evidence in a court\� of law.	
I understand that, in accordance with ARS 42-18151, only the owner; the \�owner’s agent,
assignee or attorney; or by any person who has a legal or equitable clai\�m in the property,
including the holder of a tax lien certificate of a different date has t\�he right to redeem a
real property tax lien, which has been sold.
