Affidavit of Notice to Legatees and Devisees
If an affiant who serves as a personal representative for an intestate estate wishes to make an under-oath statement that they have sent copies of the letters of administration to each of the eligible legatees and devisees via registered mail, he/she has to execute the following affidavit.
